Fedeli Restauri was founded in 1899 and has been working for more than a century of conservation, restoration and enhancement of cultural heritage: historical, artistic, archaeological, architectural, also performing activities of consulting and design technique for restoration.
The laboratory is directed by Andrea and Tommaso Fedeli, 3rd and 4th generation of an ancient family of restorers.
Works for the Ministries, municipalities, the private Italian and foreign and ecclesiastical.
Possesses the SOA certification – OS2 A – category II and employs a technical staff of restorers of cultural goods (pursuant to article 182 of the Code 42/2004 ...). Owns 1 2 3 specializations, 7, 8, 4, under the 21.12.2018 and 183 DDG has a laboratory of about 2000 square meters.

Main feature of Fedeli Restauri is the all-round competence in the various field of restoration and conservation: this is what is unique about the atelier Fedeli where techniques passed down from ancient masters of the past are combined with the use of advanced technologies:
- use of computers with software designed specifically for the restoration
- use of the laser to clean the marble, for certain woodworking and precision cuts
- use of the laser scanner for 3D 3D pads
- three-dimensional printer for surveys and for making copies
The experience gained by the company within the public works and interventions on historic buildings subject to protection enables him to operate by adopting Advanced planning and monitoring of project development phases, ensuring for the duration of the contract, constant and effective control over the quality of the intervention, the execution time, safety at construction sites.
Fedeli Restauri owns a micro-chemical laboratory the expression according to ultraviolet and infrared photographs diagnostic investigations, microscopic sections and also makes use of external laboratories for other types of investigations.

In 2002 the Fedeli Restauri is awarded by the Chamber of Commerce of Florence of the gold medal and the prize Florence productive
In June 2010 participating in theShanghai Expo as Excellence of restoration in Italy and exhibited at the "Casa delle Eccellenze" held on the occasion ofthe Milan Expo 2015'.
On 6 June 2016, at the Hall of Fame of the Milan Triennale, Andrea Fedeli (legal representative and Technical Director of the company, along with his son Thomas) receives the Prize MAM - Master art and Craft for the field of restoration and conservation.
DESIGN AND NEW PRODUCTION
Fedeli Restauri designs and manufactures antique-style furniture and modern furniture on his own and collaborating with some of the greatest architects and designers of our time: Franca Helg, Franco Albini, Alessandro Mendini and Ettore Sottsass.
The extraordinary creative partnership between Fedeli and Sottsass was founded in 1999 by a historical collection of inlaid furniture, designed by the inexhaustible creativity of designers and made entirely by hand by the faithful.
This collection, called Ettore Sottsass: 28 projects for the intarsias of Andrea Fedeli, was presented in world premiere at Palazzo Pigorini, Parma in 2000, to View Decorativ Artsand of Turin in 2002, in Frankfurt in 2006, to craft shows to Florence and to the weapons room of Palazzo Vecchio, in Paris and in Switzerland attracting immediately a huge success internationally.
In January 2011 the exhibition arrives at The Chapelle des Beaux Arts in Paris and on that occasion the opera Lanaken Winter, created by Sottsass and Fedeli, joins be part of the permanent collection of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs of Paris (Louvre).
Thinking of the Atelier Fedeli, the well-known designer Alessandro Mendini, designs inlaid furniture collection called the six Worshippers and Eight -Totem jewelry boxes exposed to the travelling exhibition inrts & Crafts & Design in Paris, Geneva, Milan, Hong Kong and organized by the Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain in Paris and Fondazione Cologni dei Crafts in Milan.
On the occasion of the Milan Expo 2015, some creations Fedeli, Sottsass, Mendini-Fedeli are exposed inside the House of excellence (formerly the Court of Florence, Fondazione Franco now Zeffirelli).
During the Salone in Milan 2016, the chest of complicated-Mobile polka dots by Sottsass-Fedeli is exhibited at Museo Poldi Pezzoli of Milan to view Almost any secrets. Drawers between art and design (14 March-25 April 2016).
In 2018 some specimens of the collections Sottsass-Fedeli and Mendini-Fedeli were exhibited in Paris and Shanghai.
